This has been one of the most exciting and interesting dining experiences I have ever had in New York City the staff is courteous attentive and professional and the food and drinks are delicious I cannot wait to return.

I was in NYC, searching for a great burger. I used the Internet, deciding on Burgerology 320 W.36th St. Crown Plaza Hotel Midtown. The entire experience was so enjoyable. It's rare to have anything work out so well, in every way...

Went for a late night dessert run and it did not disappoint. I ordered the doughwich which is a donut cut in half with ice cream in the middle. You get two in one order which is easily enough for four or more people. I got one vanilla and one mint chip.

I just want to say not only does the place have some great food, they are awesome people. It was our first night in New York and they did a great job of making us feel welcome. Very friendly staff, delicious food, and great service. Thanks for making our first night end on a great note.

We were staying at the hotel, so we went to this restaurant a few times for coffee, breakfast, snack, or milk shake. The staff was SO friendly. We were traveling with our toddler and they were accommodating and kind. Seriously such a nice wait staff here!
